Prepared with Organic Buckwheat Flakes, White Mulberry, Sunflower Seeds, Figs and Raisins, our Organic Instant Oatmeal Porridge №3 is a delicious, fast and healthy breakfast. It contains 35% seeds, fruits and berries and is prepared in just a few minutes directly on the plate, saving time. Our organic porridge can also be an excellent ingredient in many recipes.

100% Organic ingredients.

Ingredients: White Mulberries (10%), Sunflower seeds (5%), Figs (5%), Raisins (15%), Buckwheat Flakes (65%).

Contains Walnuts.

PREPARATION

  1. Pour a cup of flakes into a bow
  2. Pour boiling water or hot milk in a ratio of 1 to 1.5.
  3. Leave under a closed lid for 3-5 minutes.

To speed up cooking, a bowl of porridge filled with hot liquid and covered with a lid can be placed in a microwave for heating.
